The development of Mayan Weddings was motivated by wanting to offer something different, breaking the mold of what was typically offered for Weddings in Mexico, more specifically, Cancun and the Riviera Maya.

Until now, private wedding venues have been the best kept secret in Mexico and often reserved just for the locals. Foreigners who do seek an alternative to your traditional resort weddings are met with additional challenges; language barriers, lack of information or experience and the uncertainty of knowing how things will unfold.

I wanted to give couples’ the opportunity to connect to the destination on a deeper level, ultimately providing a more authentic and unique experience. I’m the creative partner at Mayan Wedding and for over 20 years my passion has been to create new and original compositions for each of our weddings. My secret, I always design thinking of you, the couple, you are the one that gives me the inspiration.

Having hundreds of weddings under my belt and years of experience is only the beginning, my background goes from creative designer, wedding planner, to the Director of the Destination Wedding Specialist Association. All which will give you the assurance that you are in good and capable hands.
