Our “Day of” planning service begins one month prior to your wedding where we will guide you through the process and develop everything you will need to ensure your Wedding Day runs smoothly.

Your Dream Team

Head Coordinator

Your Head Coordinator is responsible for taking care of you and the Mayan Weddings Team. She will be the one directing the event by following the event protocol and timeline so you don’t miss the most important moments.

Operations Manager

Your Operations Manager is responsible for managing the vendors and the coordination with the hotel staff. In addition, they are in charge of solving any eventuality that may arise during the event and will be the communication link with the hotel.

Wedding Concierge

Your Wedding Concierge knows the wedding protocol and will be responsible for your wedding Party and anything guest related. They will guide them throughout the wedding Day.

Hostess

Your Hostess is in charge of seat assignment and hosting your guests.
