The simple word “WOW” was said often when our guests arrived and saw the incredible hard work the Mayan Weddings Team had put into our wedding. I truly cannot believe it myself. Thinking back on the wedding planning process I have to say that hiring Mayan Weddings was easily the best thing we ever did, (Besides having Kim Crosby from SunLovers as our wedding planner). Words cannot begin to express how magnificent they were, from the countless hours of planning and phone meetings, to being our constant rock and calming energy on our wedding day. Mayan Weddings was there every step of the way the last few crucial months of wedding planning.

At first the idea of Mayan Weddings seemed daunting but quickly it became a destination wedding must. Mayan Weddings allowed for so much room for creative input and ensured our own unique touch on a destination wedding at such an affordable cost. When picking destination wedding we thought we would have to let go of individualizing our wedding and settling on certain packages with preset decorations. However this was not the case with Mayan Weddings. After a few phone calls with Helena and detailing our story Helena knew exactly what we needed and exactly how to get it. She was absolutely incredible at knew exactly what style we were going for and was able to put together a dream board better then we could ever have imagined.

On the days leading up to the wedding the Mayan weddings crew was there for every single meeting we had with the hotel and were up to date on all our desires and fought for us to have everything we dreamed of. They had our back the entire time and became a much-needed calming force throughout a very nerve wracking time.

Our wedding day was no exception. They had everything scheduled out and timed perfectly from arranging our guest’s arrival time, to ceremony start time, cocktail party and reception. The phenomenal work of their onsite coordination made for extremely smooth transition times and a truly perfect day.

Thank you so much to the Mayan Wedding team who made our wedding nothing short of a fairytale. I would highly recommend this amazing team to any of my friends and family and strongly urge anyone doing a Mexican wedding to utilize this outstanding team. They will make your dream wedding a reality.
